What Happens on Makeover Day?
Makeover Day is the most high-pressure appointment on our calendar — and the most rewarding. One-on-One Consultation
Every transformation starts with a personal consultation between the cheerleader and her stylist. Our team evaluates face shape, skin tone, eye color, and natural hair texture — then designs a look that enhances her individual features while fitting within the DCC's iconic aesthetic. DCC Director Kelli Finglass collaborates closely with our stylists to ensure every look aligns with the squad's vision.
Custom Aveda Hair Color
Our colorists use Aveda's Full Spectrum™ and Enlightener™ systems to create each cheerleader's signature shade. Some receive dimensional balayage for a sun-kissed effect. Others get precision highlights for maximum brightness under stadium lights. Volume and length are essential to the DCC look.
